The ITmark for Services model is a certification scheme designed for IT SMEs, enabling them to achieve higher levels of organizational effectiveness in business processes dedicated to service development.
This framework is based on CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration), 10², EFQM (European Foundation for Quality Management), ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and ISO 27002.
