Candidate to integrate an external project with headquarters in Lisbon to assume the position of Integrated Management System Manager (m/f).

Duties:

  • Support the company in the implementation of the Integrated Management System (together with Strongstep as a consulting company);
  • Manage the Integrated Management System (Quality, Information Security and Privacy);
  • Follow-up on internal and external quality audits;
  • Lead the definition of strategy and the planning of continuous improvement projects;
  • Coordinate and implement new projects with a special focus on continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • Higher Education in the area of Engineering, Quality or other relevant areas;
  • Knowledge of information security and privacy (RGPD) (not mandatory);
  • Customer orientation and a focus on quality and rigour.

Minimum requirements:

  • Degree in Software Engineering and Computer Science preferred
  • Knowledge of the international standard ISO 27001 (mandatory)
  • We value knowledge of NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) - not mandatory
  • Experience in technology companies preferred
  • Experience in implementing management systems and improving processes
  • Fluency in Portuguese/English
  • Softskills for change management and teamwork
  • Interest in process improvement
  • Ability to adapt to different business realities

Activities:

  • Process design and optimisation
  • Planning and execution of audits
  • Provide awareness actions on Information Security
  • Follow up actions with clients and ensure the implementation of the requirements and controls of the standard

  • Experience in technology companies (preferred)

Job - Business Developer

Interests: Customer relations, identifying process improvement opportunities

Responsabilities:

  • The creation of strategies to boost and promote the services the company offers
  • Contact leads and customers
  • Carrying out prospection activities
  • Participate in meetings, send commercial proposals and follow up on them
  • Cooperate with the Marketing and Training departments to boost sales and synergies in campaigns, etc.
  • Understand the needs of our clients' projects to provide recommendations for improvement projects.

Interests: SCRUM, Agile, software quality and process improvement

Responsabilities:

  • Dealing with different responsibilities, from thinking and contributing to Marketing and commercial product strategy.
  • Identify problems and needs of leads/clients
  • Perform Demos
  • Prepare and present proposals
  • Identify elemnts to automate and improve the product
  • Maintain CRM and other tools updated
  • Maintain customer relations at product level
 

Requirements: 

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Science, Management/Economics or similar

Candidate's profile:

  • Enthusiastic about identifying customer needs and problems
