This three-day course introduces managers and practitioners, assessment team members, and teams dedicated to process improvement to the fundamental concepts of CMMI. The CMMI for Development (CMMI-DEV V2.0) model is a tool that helps organizations improve their ability to develop and maintain quality products and services. This training consists of two parts: Foundations of capability and Building Development Excellence. At the end of the training, a certificate issued by the CMMI Institute will be granted.
