Bruna Batista is a Process Improvement Consultant at Strongstep - Innovation in Software Quality. She began her professional career as Technical and Quality Manager of a laboratory accredited by IPAC by ISO 17025. In 2016, she became Quality Manager in a multinational company in the area of Software/IT Development, being responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management System (ISO 9001, NP4457, CMMI Dev-3, ISO 27001, ISO 17025, GDPR requirements) and also taking responsibility for the area of Health and Safety at Work. She has 8 years of experience in Management Systems, is an internal auditor certified by APCER and has extended her knowledge in other areas, particularly in NP 4552:2016 in consulting and auditing.
