Work and Personal Life Reconciliation Training – NP 4552
This is a practical training designed to implement a work, family and personal life reconciliation system in organisations, based on NP 4552.

The Work–Life Balance training aims to equip organisations and professionals with the skills needed to implement a structured system for reconciling personal, family and professional life, in accordance with NP 4552.
The training covers the requirements of the standard, its practical application and the integration of these practices into the organisation’s day-to-day management, with a focus on wellbeing, balance and organisational responsibility.

This course allows you to acquire the knowledge needed to implement, manage, and improve a Reconciliation Management System.
- Understand the context and framework of reconciliation;
- Assist the design of a Conciliation Management System (CMS);
- Develop and implement coherent policies, practices, goals, and actions on reconciliation, enabling certification of the CMS Assist the design of a Conciliation Management System (CMS);
- Understand the application of the main requirements of the standard in organizations, through examples.
- Familiarize with the NP4552 Standard for Conciliation Management System.

- Analysis of NP 4552:2022 requirements for the implementation of the Conciliation Management System;
- Application of the main requirements of the standard in organizations, through examples.
- Identification of applicable legislation in the area of conciliation;
- Guidance for applying, evaluating and improving the reconciliation practices defined in NP 4522:2014 - Standard for Family Responsible Organizations.
