The issue of reconciling professional, family and personal life is increasingly becoming a necessity for organizations. This Management System will help your organization to:

This course allows you to acquire the knowledge needed to implement, manage, and improve a Reconciliation Management System.
- Understand the context and framework of reconciliation;
- Assist the design of a Conciliation Management System (CMS);
- Develop and implement coherent policies, practices, goals, and actions on reconciliation, enabling certification of the CMS Assist the design of a Conciliation Management System (CMS);
- Understand the application of the main requirements of the standard in organizations, through examples.
- Familiarize with the NP4552 Standard for Conciliation Management System.

Bruna Batista is a Process Improvement Consultant at Strongstep – Innovation in Software Quality. He began his professional career as Technical and Quality Manager of a Laboratory Accredited by IPAC by ISO 17025. In 2016, he became Quality Manager in a multinational company in the area of Software/IT Development, being responsible for the implementation and maintenance of the Integrated Management (ISO 9001, NP4457, CMMI Dev-3, ISO 27001, ISO 17025, GDPR requirements) and also assuming responsibility for the Occupational Health and Safety area. She has 8 years of experience in Management Systems, is an internal auditor certified by APCER and has expanded her knowledge in other areas, namely in NP 4552:2022 in the field of consultancy and auditing.
