This training is ideal for anyone involved in software projects who wants to learn how to identify, define, and manage requirements with clarity and precision — ensuring customer satisfaction and project success.
New cohort: 19 and 20 February
Duration: 16 hours Time: Working hours
Every software project starts with an idea. But between the idea and the final delivery, many projects fail for one simple reason: the requirements were not properly understood..
The requirements Management training guides you through this journey, from identifying customer needs to transforming them into clear and manageable specifications. Over 16 hours, you will learn how to avoid communication failures, reduce rework, and align teams and clients around shared objectives..
It is an opportunity to learn how to speak the same language as managers, analysts and technical teams, ensuring that what is requested is, in fact, what is delivered.
The Requirements Management training is aimed at all parties involved in the capture, definition and management of software requirements. This includes Project Managers, Requirements Managers, Software Analysts, Quality Managers, Software Engineers, as well as Sales and Marketing representatives.
