Here are some practical strategies that have helped me and could help other CEOs keep teams engaged, aligned, and motivated without losing focus on the long-term vision.

Not all team members are motivated by the same things, and understanding what drives each individual is essential. For some, rapid growth and immediate recognition are what keep them engaged. For others, stability, security, and the opportunity to work on meaningful long-term projects might be what motivates them most.
