Why did you decide to implement CMMI for Services?

In fact that perception made us take the decision (…) with the objective in mind of getting better services and better time to market deliver(…) to our customers. It was also an opportunity for improving the motivation of our team, in fact not only during the certification process but afterwards the fact of having achieved this certification; we noticed that everyone involved in this area is much more motivated and much more in and proud of services that they are delivering to their customers; besides that and what is most important for us, you can prove and understand the better perception that the costumer at the end of the day get from our services. Was it a success to implement CMMI for Services with Strongstep?
“This goal of achieving the certification CMMI for Services was only possible because not only of the motivation of all the team inside our technological company but also and mostly important with the help that Strongstep, as a consultant company in this area; have made and put in terms of helping us to do all the job necessary previous to achieve this certification. In fact I have to confirm that it was a right decision choosing Strongstep (…) in this process of transformation, an improvement of our service area and at the end of the day I have to testify that in fact, it was almost impossible having achieve this goal without their help. They have already been help us in other areas like the CMMI for Development and we have had the same type of result, a success where not only our team is responsible for that but also a large share of responsibility in that success was also due to Strongstep, so I have to testify here in a vivid way the gratefulness and… congratulations (…) about the job they have done with us.”
